Sivota is situated in a specific location that is naturally protected by weather conditions. The primary idea of the form of the marina comes from the corals and the “colonies” they create. Coral reefs are formed along the coastlines, with a smooth inclination towards them and very abrupt in the sea.
The overall surface of the marina is 143,000 m². 97,000m² consist the sea surface and 46,000m² consist the land surface. The buildings of the land involve yachting club, hotel, marine sports school, restaurant, café, rental boat agency, port authority’s office, customs, Greek Organization of Tourism office, surgery, conference centre, reception, waiting room, restrooms and other offices, restrooms-shower rooms-warehouses, super market, Exhibition of yachts, control tower-administration.
The buildings of the marina involve restrooms-shower, gas station, café, hydroplane station and 645 parking places. The overall surface of the buildings of the project is 11,368 m².
The number of the berth positions is 600.
